Port Germein - South Australia

Telowie Gorge is about 10km east of Port Germein and has drive up access right to the start of the gorge.

The Nukunu Hike is about 1km long and takes in several rock pools and great scenery. If you are really lucky, you may spot one of the endangered Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby that have a colony in the gorge. The further in you venture, the less formed is the track and eventually it´s virtually native bush land. Be careful and as always, take plenty of drinking water.
